These terms cover your use of the Etlo app and this website, both provided by Etlo. By downloading or using Etlo you agree to them.

Using Etlo

Etlo is free to download and use. You may use it for personal and commercial work. You are responsible for having the right to access the tools and data you connect to it.

Model providers

The agent uses an Anthropic or OpenAI API key that you supply. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and any charges they make are between you and them.

Your data and project files

Everything you sync or create stays yours. We claim no rights over your data, models or dashboards.

No warranty

Etlo is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. Check important numbers against their source before you act on them. To the extent the law allows, Etlo is not liable for losses arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
